My name is Jake Seabrook and I am the Customer Service Manager for Dolphin Music. I am also our blog editor.

I have worked for Dolphin Music for over 3 years and done a number of different roles for Dolphin during that time which gives me a great overall perception of what happens.

We have started this blog to try to get our customers involved and have an ongoing discussion about our customer service. We hope that it will provide a function on two levels. To give our customers and potential customers access to information on the sort of servcie we provide. We also hope it will provide us with ideas and information to use to help us to improve our systems and processes.

As such if anyone has anything to say or to post then please get it up here. This will be an interactive blog so we hope to be able to respond and get back to customers.

My last comment would be to remember that people are around 20 times more likely to comment if they receive bad service than if they receive good service, so if your a customer who has received good service then we appreciate your support – get posting!
